_meegan_ went to meet a realtor about a possible studio location. It seems we might have hit the jackpot on this one. Free parking, next to cafe, restaurant, chemist, and grocery store. Well lit entrances for night time, and good clear walk areas. The bonus is, we get a few months rent free to get the place cleaned/decorated/set up. She is going to make an appointment for both of us to go look sometime next week, after my eye trouble has cleared up.
