anysiaWing was staying with his mother the day she had her cataract surgery. He started processing photos on his laptop. She noticed and went rummaging around, and presented Wing with this beauty.
A Yashica Electro 35 GS in perfect condition.
It belonged to Wing's father, so it has special meaning to him.
Had to do a bit of web trawling to find a battery for it, because it used to take a mercury battery and those are no longer made (toxic). Managed to locate and order a battery adapter. Should get here in a couple of weeks, then off to our favorite camera shop and get some Fuji film! :D
