Back in the saddle errr pool again

Really didn't want to get up this morning, as I was feeling rather indolent in a warm cozy bed, with a purring cat nearby. Got up (reluctantly) and hauled myself into the kitchen, got the percolator going (yes, a percolator, not an autodrip or plunger pot). Four minutes later, ambrosia. I live. *sigh*
Got to the hydro pool a bit early, but that was ok. I was missed, and asked where the heck was I Wednesday! Went through the first few exercises (walking forward, making sure to go heel to toe) backwards (toe to heel) then sideways (for strength and balance). Those went well enough. Then it came time to prop the feet, one at a time while holding the bar and keeping back straight, against the wall of the pool and straighten out the leg. Right leg, no problem. Left leg?... well let it suffice to say I let out a muffled highpitched groan/scream, and held it there for 15 seconds. Then I repeated it. Not Fun.
Finished with the rest of the workout, and even though I have a sore lip from not wanting to frighten the rest of the 'paddling club', it did me some good.
