Listening to the Voices in My Head

The Tibialis Anterior, when in motion, feels as if someone is jabbing an icepick into it. Had some more acupuncture and gentle massage. The physio put black strapping tape on to give the affected area some stability.

I was so thrilled that all I was taking was anti-inflammatories, and was off the pain meds. *sigh Back on them for a while longer, I guess. :(
